Wanting to see if anyone has an example of an outbreak plan you have in place for your schools.

I do not have a specific plan in place but whenever I have a suspected outbreak I call our local Health Department and they advise me on next steps. They have been very helpful on giving advise and also creating letters to send home to parents if needed. I would start with them.
