  • 1.  First Aid Kits

    Good afternoon,

    Is there any CDE or Colorado law requiring first aid kits in each classroom?  I see some info on were it is recommended, but my principal is asking if it's a legal requirement.  I am not having much luck with the Google.  Thanks.

    Hi JoLyn, this is a great question!

    I don't believe it is required by law however, it is best practice to have some type of first aid kit in the classroom Just a Ziploc full of Band-Aids and gloves for the teacher to use.
