    Deadline Accommodations:

    A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites at Loveland. Hotel reservations must be made by Wednesday, October 11, 2023, to receive the discounted price. Guests can call 1-800 EMBASSY (1-800-362-2779) or make reservations online. Be sure to mention that you are registering for the Colorado Association of School Nurses Conference. Embassy Suites standard suite is $ 149.00 (per night, excluding tax.) The group reservation block is for a period of 3 nights beginning on 11/02/2023 and ending on 11/04/2023.

    Questions regarding the hotel rooms should be made directly with Embassy Suites.
